We’re looking for a passionate and service‑focused Systems Developer. If you thrive in digital environments, have a drive for efficiency, and enjoy problem solving, you should consider this opportunity.

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our web and desktop applications.
• Requirements gathering and analysis to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
• Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
• Responding to system inquiries and the technologies it supports.
• Staying current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators.
• Writing clean and scalable code, following code best practices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues as necessary.

• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Graduated from a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or a Technology program.
• A high level of critical thinking, accountability, and adaptability.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline‑dependent deliverables.
• The ability to take initiative.
• Experience working with UX/UI considered an asset.
• Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
• Experience using Git (version control) and issue tracking system.
