Engineer dependable UI and API test automation as a Senior Software Developer in Test for Vena’s full-time remote Canada team.
Within Product Development, this senior position supports the Software Test Life Cycle for Vena’s agentic AI solutions. You will design, write, manage, and troubleshoot automated test suites and frameworks. You will also execute performance and regression testing while improving scalability, dependability, and stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Write and manage automated UI and API test suites
- Enhance frameworks such as Playwright and Rest-Assured
- Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation pipelines and frameworks
- Identify automation needs from functional and technical requirements
- Three-plus years with UI and API automation frameworks
- Five-plus years in QA/QE and test automation development
- Experience with Git Hub, JIRA, Xray, or related tools
- Proficiency with relational databases and data validation
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Type Script, C#, or Python
Use test automation, framework development, CI/CD integration, and troubleshooting skills to strengthen Vena’s AI product quality.
