Antec Controls is experiencing rapid growth and to support our expanding operations, we are excited to introduce the newly created Logistics Coordinator position. We are looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily logistics activities, coordinating shipments, optimizing carrier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

• Support daily logistics operations including quote requests, scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, and assisting with freight claims.
• Monitor carrier performance to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Identify carrier opportunities to enhance pricing and service levels.
• Maintain communication with buyers, manufacturing leadership, and production managers to ensure logistics alignment with business needs.
• Assist in developing relationships with carriers and onboarding new logistics partners.
• Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Diploma or degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field would be an asset.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Understanding of North American import/export trade compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused with a proactive mindset and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
