Arrow Electronics is seeking a collaborative and engaged In-Plant Store Warehouse Associate II to support daily warehouse operations at a customer site. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

• Perform distribution center functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory control on the customer site.
li>Handle inventory transactions in the system.
• Apply warehouse operations knowledge and procedures.
• Interface with customers regarding inventory issues.
• Own and track scorecard metrics.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Entry‑level experience with no prior training or work experience is acceptable.
• Basic skills to perform routine tasks.
• Work under close supervision or within defined procedures.
• No discretion to vary from established procedures.
