:Arrow Electronics is seeking a collaborative and engaged In-Plant Warehouse Associate II. This role is essential to the daily flow of our cuatomer's warehouse operations and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
As a Warehouse Associate II, you will be responsible for performing a variety of distribution center functions including or more of the following: receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping, while operating forklift equipment as needed. Success in this role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, attendance and teamwork.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for inventory control in warehouse on customer site.
Inventory Handling - Able to perform some of the system required transactions required to manage the inventory.
Operations - Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures.
Customer Service - Has some interface with the customer. Able to address inventory related issues with the customer.
Scorecard - Understands the scorecard metrics and has ownership of at least one of the metrics.
Discrepancy Resolution - Knows the research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For:
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Entry level job with no prior relevant training or work experience.
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.
Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Work Arrangement:
Fully Office
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Will need to be able to work overtime as needed.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$22.16Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
