Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Stockport SK11
Salary: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
About the RoleWe are looking for patient, caring and passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a natural instinct to care and a positive, bubbly personality who want to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Be a hands-on, positive role model for service users and colleagues
- Assist with personal care, daily routines, and social activities
- Manage and support behaviours that challenge in a compassionate and professional way
- Previous experience working with autism and behaviours that challenge
- Moving and Handling experience (essential)
- Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and administering medication (essential)
