Support Worker required for 37.5 hours per week in Winsford
Alternative Futures Group
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to provide 24‑hour support on a flexible shift pattern in Winsford. Full training will be provided; we only need a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Show patience, confidence, and enthusiasm when caring for others.
- Use your own initiative.
- Work as part of a team.
- Adapt to varied shift patterns including days, nights, sleep‑ins, and weekends.
- Share AFG values.
Your hourly rate will be £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Final pay details will be included in your written offer.
