Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team. The role offers the opportunity to experience a wide variety of work and develop transferable skills. It focuses on support and delivery of technical digital solutions to address business problems and support major digital transformation. The ideal candidate understands how digital tools can help our regulatory work and can build, support and develop solutions to help staff in their front‑line work.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role delivers technical digital solutions, manages self and leads on technical development areas, works in dispersed project groups, and focuses on regulatory services and technical solutions that support the Environment Agency’s work.
Experience & Skills Required- Skills in digital product management or experience as an environmental practitioner.
- Comfortable with Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP (Document Core Pack), Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and application configuration.
- Ability to address internal and external customer needs, understand business problems, and think innovatively to develop solutions.
- Strong technical skills and ability to convey understanding to non‑technical clients.
- Strong partnership skills, collaborative and customer‑oriented, sustaining partner relationships.
Description: Demonstrate high work standards, drive to meet targets, prioritise and organise tasks and resources to ensure timely achievement of results.
