What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a team of operators / technicians, driving accountability and collaboration
• Set up and optimize varied manufacturing / press machines for maximum efficiency
• Champion Lean initiatives to cut setup times and boost throughput
• Manage maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and cross‑team coordination
• Solve challenges, drive improvements, and ensure safety compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Vocational training in Manufacturing or Engineering – Mechanics
• Proven leadership experience in technical operations
• Fluent German language is required;
  English a plus
• Strong process mindset, technical aptitude, and ERP experience
