- Führen eines Teams ab 3 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner/in EFZ
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Obergärtner
- Führungserfahrung im Bereich Neuanlagen und Gartenumänderungen
- Führerausweis Kat. B und Anhängerausweis
- Sie sind motiviert, zuverlässig und arbeiten selbstständig
