Machine Minder – night shift

Fantastic opportunity has arisen on Night shift at our facility in Elm, Wisbech.

We can offer a fresh start in a great place to work in one of the most modern facilities in the area.

You will be responsible for operating and optimising a range of modern equipment including multihead weighers, VFF baggers, tray sealers and checkweigher /metal detectors efficiently and safely within the high care area of the factory. You will be required to complete all relevant food safety, quality and health & safety checks and paperwork. We manufacture a wide range of products on site, so working effectively as a team to wash down the line and make ready for the next product and achieving KPIs is key.

You will have the opportunity to work with skilful colleagues, running some of the most up-to-date equipment in the industry and leading by example through day-to-day challenges.

Ideally, you’d have experience of operating similar equipment in the food industry, but if you have a logical and inquisitive mind, a can‑do attitude, a desire to learn and an eye for detail mind we can provide the right training and support to help you fulfil your potential.
