Pay Rate: $22.12 per hour

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 2:45 PM-11:15 PM, Friday 2:30 PM-10:30 PM

• Pack parts from presses or warehouse areas into cartons, bundles, or bags according to customer specifications.
• Perform required checks and inspections based on customer requirements, orders, and company procedures.
• Read and understand CQS books and part packouts
  .
• Follow manufacturing instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support Sonoco's quality and safety policies.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of company parts, products, and quality requirements after completing training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistently meet production expectations.

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is helpful but not required
  .
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of urgency and a "get it done" attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
