Support Worker, Healthcare Nursing

ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Support Workers who are able to drive as part of their role to work within care services across North Lanarkshire
.

These roles offer regular ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:

• Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plans
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Supporting with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routines
• Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents
• Ensuring a clean and safe living environment

• A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• A current PVG certificate or willingness to join the scheme
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive as part of your duties

• Free training, including Moving & Handling and Medication Administration
• A structured induction for those returning to care after a break
• Ongoing support from our friendly and experienced recruitment team
