Location: Wishaw (client confidential)
Shifts: Rotational dayshift and backshift (6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm)
Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunity

A local manufacturer in Wishaw is looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day.

What you ll be doing:

• Carrying out production and packing duties on the manufacturing line
• Manual handling of products up to 25kg on a regular basis
• Following safe working practices at all times
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

What we re looking for:

• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to carry out heavy manual handling throughout the shift
• A strong work ethic and good timekeeping
• Must be able to drive due to shift times and location
