Support VANL Head of Community Solutions and Consortium Leads with the administration, information management, and operational management of all six North Lanarkshire Local Consortia.
Hybrid Working Details- Hybrid:
Blended working between home, VANL office and community venues in North Lanarkshire
- Admin support for the Head of Community Solutions
- Information management for all six Local Consortia
- Operational management of Local Consortia networks across North Lanarkshire
The purpose of this role is to lead on three local networks made up of Community and Voluntary Sector organisations and statutory partners to support communities in meeting local needs through collaboration and distribution of the Locality Activity Fund.

TACT Strategic Support OfficerThe Strategic Support Officer will act as both a shared strategic resource and the central coordinating role within the partnership, strengthening strategic capacity across participating organisations, enabling more efficient cross‑organisation collaboration, coordinating shared initiatives, and ensuring the third sector’s collective voice is clearly represented in local decision‑making.
