Noble Recruiting are recruiting an experienced Road Freight Forwarder to join a well-established and growing logistics company based in Witham, Essex
.This is a full-time, on-site role managing road freight import and export operations
, including groupage services
, from quotation through to invoicing
. The successful candidate will ensure smooth, compliant freight movements while delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage day-to-day road freight forwarding operations
• Handle import and export documentation and procedures
• Run and manage groupage services
• Coordinate freight movements from start to finish
• Prepare quotes, invoices and customer documentation
• Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in freight forwarding
• Proven road freight and groupage experience
• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident, customer-focused approach
• UK resident with the right to work in the UK
• Driving licence and own transport desirable
