, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations for our diverse workforce.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the UK or Poland.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience
- Ideally educated to A-level or similar; NVQ in Business, Finance, or Administration
- Payroll certifications preferred (CPA, BF, or comparable)
- Additional European language skills (especially French) are a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of EMEAI payroll practices and compliance
- Experience with multi-country payroll operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with payroll systems and controls; project experience is advantageous

- Manage multi-country payroll activities and ensure timely, accurate data submission to our outsourced vendor
- Oversee payroll compliance with local laws and regulations across the EMEAI region
- Perform internal controls to safeguard financial data and employee privacy
- Act as the first point of escalation for payroll queries and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Global Payroll) and external partners
- Support payroll transition and implementation projects, including Time & Attendance systems
- Prepare year-end reporting and ensure compliance with tax and social security requirements
- Identify process improvements and drive continuous efficiency initiatives
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to support Finance and GSC functions
