You'll play a vital role in missions that matter-from humanitarian airlifts to medical evacuations and global logistics support. What You'll Do Prepare and process procurement requests, ensuring compliance with HMG codes and buying policies. Manage orders for consumables, expendables, and general procurement items. Use SAP and MySupply to handle purchasing requirements, from requisition to payment. Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and requisitions. Generate procurement KPIs and reports to support continuous improvement. Liaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

Support supplier performance management, including contract compliance and risk mitigation. Assist with budgetary control and quarterly procurement planning. Optimise stock levels and release orders based on demand analysis. Lead weekly meetings with suppliers and support process improvements across procurement activities. What We're Looking For At least 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office;

knowledge of MySupply is a plus. Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills. A proactive, adaptable approach and a positive mindset. Negotiation-level English, both written and verbal.
