Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot beverages, opening, and closing the coffee stations throughout the club and maintain all hot beverage related equipment exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.

• Passionate about coffee and hot beverages.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting, with a keen attention to detail.
