Container Unloader
Location: Witney
Salary:£12.50
Hours: Monday – Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-16:00
Breaks: 2x 15-minute breaks and 1 hour lunch break
Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to join our team in Witney on an ad hoc temporary basis. This is a hands‑on role in a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone physically fit and able to work on their feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities- General warehouse duties
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 26kg)
- Using pallet trucks to move boxes and stock
- Receiving and inspecting goods
- Storing items in correct locations
- Preparing items for dispatch
- Accurately inputting data and maintaining stock records
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Lots of walking and physical activity involved
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 26kg
- Comfortable being on your feet for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Must live locally to Witney or have access to transport (due to location)
