Technical Consultant

Your mission

As a Technical Consultant, you translate customer requirements into technical specifications. Based on these specifications, you create overviews, reports and/or dashboards to meet the requirements. You will also automate processes using SQL queries. You will ask probing questions, think along with the customer and ensure that the right (management) information can be extracted from myneva. You will be responsible for providing sound technical solutions for myneva.

Customers rely on you because of your substantive expertise, sense of responsibility and ability to switch gears quickly. You know how to understand customer needs so that you can translate them into myneva software. You advise, guide and support the design of our Electronic Client File (ECD).

You work independently with the customer or in a project team with other consultants and/or specialists. You are innovative and solution-oriented. You do all this in a natural way thanks to your commitment, curiosity and natural talent for setting the right priorities.

You are:

• A technical specialist who can translate client issues into technical solutions.
• A discussion partner for our clients, you are able to empathise with their work processes and needs and advise them proactively.
• Independent, presentable, driven, results-oriented, communicative and flexible.

In addition, you have:

• A completed relevant Bachelor s or Master s degree.
• Must have very good knowledge of and expertise with the SQL database.
• Experience with reporting tools, HTML and programming knowledge.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in supporting or executing ICT implementations is an advantage.
• An affinity with and knowledge of the ECD market is an advantage.
