As part of our Red Bull Impulse team, you will play a key role in ensuring our field operations run smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for a proactive, organised individual who is passionate about detail and making things happen.
About the RoleAs an Operations Executive, you are the go-to person for all things admin, process, and coordination for Red Bull Impulse. From briefing the field team to managing reporting, technical updates and logistics, you ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly so that our teams can deliver great results in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Measure activity performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage relationships between all Disrupt Clients and keep them updated on activity status.
- Attend weekly client‑facing meetings and update calls, supporting the Disrupt Account Manager.
- Take initial activity brief from client and develop proposals in collaboration with the account manager to build the activity.
- Ensure Google Docs are updated with all relevant documents for the clients/staffing managers.
- Manage project administration, including all documentation.
- Complete all weekly/ad‑hoc reports for clients.
- Provide campaign evaluation and recommendations for future improvements.
- Set up new DSP reports and campaigns for every new client activity.
- Maintain all DSP reports and campaigns.
- Upload all staff shifts onto DSP, confirming with the staffing managers for assignment.
- Check all submitted DSP reports for the previous day, ensuring all data fields are correct.
- Ensure all Head Office Guides and Templates are kept updated.
- Create guides for all new internal processes at Acosta Europe.
- Identify and provide feedback on process development.
