We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, design-led luxury residential developer based in Woking. This business delivers high-quality bespoke homes across London and the South East, including luxury one-off residences, executive family homes, and modern apartment schemes. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects kicking off, they are now looking to expand their commercial team.

- A driven individual who wants greater responsibility and long-term progression
