Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems Operate and maintain data centre plant equipment including Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime Complete shift reports, maintenance logs, and system documentation accurately Adhere to data centre operating procedures, risk protocols, and permit-to-work processes Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on-site Work cooperatively with on-site clients, vendors, and engineering teams Requirements Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems Comfortable working within a structured shift rota Benefits Competitive salary and Bonus Company benefits package Opportunity to work in a high-tech, mission-critical environment
