Female Senior Support Worker – Hindhead – £14.53 per hour

Typical shifts are: 7am-7pm, including weekends on a rota.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Female Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Hindhead. This service offers a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives
• Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
• Allocate shifts, book in training, induct new colleagues, support with supervision
• Order medication and ensure people are supported to manage their finances

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour and distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and trauma
