Live In Support Worker - Female Drivers

Our client leads an active lifestyle, therefore a successful applicant will hold a full clean UK drivers’ licence to support their independence.

We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker in the Surrey area.

• Assignments between 2 weeks long
• Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
• Zero hours contracts
• You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients

Our clients have a spinal cord injury or complex care physical disability.

• You will move into the client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.
• Utilising your driving skills to support the clients active lifestyle.

• Kind and caring nature
• Flexibility & reliability – continuity of care is imperative for our clients
• Good communication skills
• Our client requires support with driving, therefore you must hold a full UK drivers licence
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS

• £115 per day on a zero hour contract
• Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
• 25 days annual leave (pro-rata)
