Portfolioteam.

Thisteam’sprimaryresponsibilityisaroundhybriddeliveryofprojects&programmesandyouneedtohaveabroadunderstandingofdifferentdeliverymethodstobesuccessfulinthisrole.

• Defineprojectscope,goals,anddeliverablesthatsupportbusinessgoalsincollaborationwithseniormanagementandstakeholders.
• Proactivelymanagechangesinprojectscope,identifypotentialcrises,anddevisecontingencyplans.
• Ownershipofprojectsfrominitiationtodelivery.
• Coach,mentor,motivate,andsuperviseprojectteammembersandcontractorsandinfluencethemtotakepositiveactionandaccountabilityfortheirassignedwork.
• Beabletoworkwithahybriddeliveryframework,thatempowerstheteamtobeselfsufficientonaday-to-daybasisbutalsoprovidesoverallvisibility&governanceoftheproject.
• Beingagreatcommunicatortobothourinternalstakeholders(otherheadofficefunctions),globalstakeholders(other

• Confidentinpresentingtoawiderangeofstakeholdersacrossvaryinglevelsofseniorityandensuingcontentistailoredtobeengagingandsuccinct.

Qualificationsinprojectmanagement(agile/waterfall) are required,withanytechnicalqualificationspreferred,howeverapplicantswithequivalentexperienceandproventrackrecordswillalsobeconsidered

• Project Management Qualificationacrossbothawaterfallandagileframework .
• Provendeliverytrackrecordwithtechnologysoftwareandhardware.
• Minimum5-years’experienceworkingasa

• Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectsacrossmultiplesites.
