ResponsibilitiesAbout the Job:
At Taco Bell, we aren’t just looking for candidates. We are looking for a marketing rock star, who has a unique combination of strong creative thinking and a commercial mindset, with a restless drive to grow brand awareness. We want someone who not only LOVES tacos but has a real passion for marketing and delivering winning results. We are seeking the right person, a broad leader with a growth mindset to pave the future for Taco Bell.
You will report directly to our UK Head of Marketing who will be there to champion and coach you to success. At Taco Bell we are a tight band of cultural rebels here to make an impact, we operate a fairly flat structure, and you will have visibility and access to everyone from our General Manager all the way through to our global Taco Bell International Leaders who will be on hand to support and champion your work and career growth.
We also need people who are comfortable working in a more entrepreneurial “start-up” environment. This will require you to think strategically and commercially at times but also be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the execution phase for key projects.
Glen Bell was a trail-blazing entrepreneur who saw things differently when he started Taco Bell, and we apply the same mindset today. Through listening, learning, focusing on the right things and rapid prototyping, you will lead the team to get to market quickly with new ideas. You will validate and evolve programs, scaling what works across the system. Thinking like a start-up with the leadership of a winning brand is an extremely powerful advantage, and you will be part of a lean, innovative group that is shaking up the industry.
The Day-to-Day:
Be the strategic and commercial business owner to deliver a marketing strategy that super-charges our retail footfall to our restaurants and re-enforces consumer perception:
You will lead key national campaigns from defining phase to execution to create big ideas that will scale the fame of the brand over time.
You will have the opportunity to work on below and above-the-line campaigns, managing creative agency partners and influencing stakeholders. From TV to POS, we’re looking for someone who wants accountability and can manage the full marketing mix.
Lead a cross functional squad across commercial finance, restaurant operations and food innovation to deliver the brand strategy.
