CNC Mill​/Turn Programmer | Setter | Operator

Location: West Byfleet

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Programmer, Setter, Operator to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing business based in West Byfleet.

This is a day shift role, offering long-term stability, modern machinery, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-precision aerospace components.

The Role

* Programming, setting, and operating CNC mill/turn and twin-spindle lathes

* Producing complex aerospace components to tight tolerances

* Editing and optimising programs at the machine

* Working with Fanuc and Siemens controls

* Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings

* Carrying out in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment

* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping

Experience Required

* Proven experience programming mill/turn or twin-spindle CNC lathes

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc and/or Siemens controls

* Experience on one or more of the following machines:

* DMG Mori CTX Beta 1250 TC (5-axis)

* DMG Mori NZX 2000

* CMZ TD30 YS 800

* Traub TNC
65 DG

* Traub TNA
600

* Background in aerospace manufacturing (preferred)

* Ability to work independently from drawings to finished component

Package & Benefits

* Up to £28 per hour (depending on experience)

* Day shift only

* 40 hours per week
