As the business grows, we're looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and keen to learn on the job, with plenty of training provided to help you succeed. In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands-on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance.

Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence. This would suit a Gardener or Soft Landscaper looking to progress into a Site Supervisor role, with full training and support from a friendly, close-knit team that truly values your work, while contributing to unique and environmentally impactful groundworks projects for a leading company in invasive plant removal.

The Role:

Hands-on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping Supervising small jobs and working with other site teams across the UK Ongoing training and development into a leadership position
