In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands-on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance. Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence.

This would suit a Gardener or Soft Landscaper looking to take the next step into a Site Supervisor role, with full training, clear progression and the support of a friendly, close-knit team, while working on unique and environmentally impactful groundworks projects for a leading invasive plant removal company.

The Role:

Hands-on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping
Supervising small jobs and working with other site teams across the UK
Ongoing training and development into a leadership position

The Person :

Experience in garden maintenance, landscaping or horticulture
Wanting to progress to a supervisor
Based in Woking or close to, UK driving license
