The Role

This is a busy and varied Lettings Coordinator position supporting the lettings and property management teams with the smooth progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in. The role would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks while delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating new tenancies from offer agreed to move-in

Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and related documentation

Liaising with landlords, tenants, referencing companies, and contractors

Organising references, Right to Rent checks, and compliance paperwork

Booking inventories, check-ins, and pre-tenancy works

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the property management team with general administration

What You'll Need

Previous experience in a lettings or property administration role

Good understanding of the lettings process and compliance requirements

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload

What's on Offer

£30,000 - £32,000 basic salary

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
