We are seeking an experienced, well‑organised and proactive Restaurant & Wine Bar Manager to join Pochettino, an intimate Italian restaurant and wine bar located in Woking.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, wine and Italian dining culture.

This is a key role within our business you will oversee daily operations, lead the front of house team, manage suppliers, and help develop the wine and beverage offering while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant and wine bar operations
• Lead, train and motivate the staff
• Develop and maintain an Italian‑focused wine list and beverage programme
• Coordinate and deliver wine‑related events and tastings
• Stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Administrative duties including invoicing, rota planning and cost awareness
