• Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food production and minimise waste.
• Prepare meals for military personnel and hospitality functions.
• the Sous Chef with shift planning and maintaining kitchen standardsli>
• Complete required training and follow all kitchen procedures.>

• Recognised culinary qualification.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to pass DBS and security vetting (must have UK residency for the past 3 years).
