We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our fantastic, busy catering team at RHS Garden Wisley on a 32‑hour contract. As a Supervisor, you will lead a small team and take charge in the manager’s absence, ensuring exceptional customer service to our visitors. RHS Garden Wisley covers 240 acres, is open all year round, and hosts multiple food outlets ranging from restaurants to cafés.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires you to be responsible for a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations. Supporting the delivery of the excellent front‑of‑house operation standards onsite is expected, where you will welcome guests, serve food & drinks, operate the till system, serve coffees, and support on‑site events.
You will also ensure all staff are compliant with processes and uphold the Restaurant Associates Venues values.

- Previous experience in a similar front‑of‑house role, confident working in busy environments.
