We’re supporting a rapidly expanding, private equity–backed UK coffee brand in the search for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead a brand-new site opening in West Byfleet. With a strong national presence and an ambitious leadership team driving accelerated growth, this is an exceptional opportunity to launch and shape a brand-new store from day one.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves building teams from scratch, and is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Taking ownership of the new store opening and establishing strong operational foundations
• Recruiting, training, and developing a brand-new team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Managing all aspects of store performance, including KPIs, labour, and stock control
• Creating a positive, supportive culture that reflects the brand’s values
• Ensuring full compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and food hygiene requirements
• Delivering consistently high standards to establish the store as a key part of the local community

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality, coffee, or QSR
• Someone confident leading a new team and setting up a store for success
• Strong people‑management and coaching skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage performance against targets
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable, organised, and energised by working in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment

• Salary up to £32,000 + Bonus
