Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Sales Advocate to join our team on‑site at our Crawley location. In this role, you will engage with new and existing customers, promote our innovative intercom solutions, and ensure client satisfaction with each interaction. Key responsibilities include driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on our products, and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and build relationships effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets.
• Experience in delivering Training to clients or team members to ensure proper product knowledge and usage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Motivation to learn and stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with sales platforms and CRM software is advantageous.
