£12.60 PH

Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training for licence can be provided)
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history

• Deliver industry leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with police and crime partnerships to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
• Wear body-worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
