We're seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer in Berlin (on-site) to join our small & fast-moving team. You'd own large parts of our Data Pipeline & ML Services which are built with Python & FastAPI while leveraging OpenAI Services from Azure.

We are a Berlin-based startup transforming how Medtech companies comply with regulations. Our AI-powered platform automates regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle, allowing our customers to focus on innovation. We're tackling a critical problem in the industry, with the potential to significantly impact global health outcomes.

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you'll own large part of our ML services and complete a team of 3 highly-skilled ML Engineers. You'll make key technical decisions to optimize for speed of iteration, data quality and model performance. What you will be working on :

• Developing our core data pipelines & ML services.
• Owning ML-based features end-to-end from the first prototype to the final delivery.
• Balancing high-quality & performant code while shipping quickly.
• Contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Driving technical decisions across our ML stack.

• Experienced ML Engineer with strong data science & python skills.
• Proven track record of shipping ML-based products in a fast-paced environments, ideally from the earliest stages.
• Ability to ship quickly and breaking down complex problems into small & modular solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities & communication skills.
• Passion for our mission and excitement about revolutionizing an old-school industry with AI.
