Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast‑moving, project‑based environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, keeping operations running smoothly, and getting involved on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Plan, organise and oversee all warehouse activities
 
* Lead, motivate and allocate work to warehouse staff
 
* Manage stock control, goods in/out and inventory accuracy
 
* Ensure high standards of health & safety, security and housekeeping
 
* Prepare equipment in collaboration with operational teams
 
* Communicate resource or scheduling issues to management
 
* Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency
Additional Requirements
 
* Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required
 
* Forklift operation and van driving as needed
 
* Occasional on‑site support for equipment setup or breakdown
About You
 
* Proven warehouse management experience
 
* Strong leadership with a practical, hands‑on approach
 
* Organised, reliable and safety‑focused
