We are seeking a Medical Affairs Manager for our Urology & Critical Care (UCC) business in EMEA to provide strategic medical support, drive clinical programs, and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the region.

About the Role

As the Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping medical strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead initiatives that support evidence generation, clinical education, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for healthcare professionals and patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Medical Review & Compliance:
    Act as Medical Reviewer for Veeva AdProm MLR approval processes, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance. Manage Veeva Vault Medical content and analyze feedback from Global Medical Information.
  • Training &

    Education:

    Build and implement training packages for UCC in collaboration with EMEA Marketing and Business Development teams. Support internal projects such as BDLA at the EMEA level.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with Public Policy and Market Access teams to integrate medical strategy into broader business initiatives.
  • KOL Engagement:
    Lead KOL mapping, development, and engagement planning across EMEA. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for HCP interactions.
  • Evidence Generation:
    Support clinical studies, publication strategies, and dissemination of real-world evidence. Monitor study progress and manage associated risks.
  • Clinical & Technical Support:
    Assist with product evaluations, clinical documentation, and user training activities.
  • Project Management:
    Utilize tools such as Pub Med and regulatory databases for data analysis. Track budgets and oversee administrative processes for timely payments.
About You
  • Education:

    Advanced degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, RN, Pharm

    D, PhD, MSc preferred).
  • Experience:

    3–5 years in medical affairs within pharma or medical devices, with global exposure.
  • Strong scientific and clinical expertise in Urology, Infection Prevention, and Critical Care.
  • Strategic thinker with proven project leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with European clinical trial requirements, MDR, and ethical standards.
  • Digital fluency with tools like Veeva Vault, Pub Med, and Excel.
  • Languages:

    Fluent in English (written and spoken) and additional UE languages.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel up to 50% within EMEA.
