Responsibilities
- Maintain records of planned maintenance actions and outcomes within the case management systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer rules for change management controls.
- Possess excellent customer interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Provide a professional and positive approach to the customer in the execution of all duties.
- Strong Experience with Linux and performing hardware repairs is a must.
- Experience of configuration management tools such as Ansible and Linux kernel
- Strong script writing skills on platforms such as Python, Bash, etc.
- Experience with
Job Schedulers such as PBS Pro/Slurm and with Infiniband is highly desirable.
