The Role
We are looking for a bold, visionary Innovation Lead to reinvent the tools, processes, and digital experiences that power our Services business. Your mission:
transform our sales tools, processes, and methodologies so we qualify better, respond faster, win more, and deliver a modern, AI‑enabled experience for our customers and sales teams. In this role, you will be the architect of a smarter, more streamlined sales cycle introducing automation, predictive insights, new go‑to‑market approaches, and repeatable sales frameworks that elevate our competitive edge. You’ll partner with sales leadership, presales, marketing, operations, product teams, and executives to bring fresh thinking and implement high‑impact change.
This role will lead our customer insight specialists and services business development team.
- Transform the End‑to‑End Services Sales Cycle
- Redesign how we qualify, shape, propose, and close services opportunities to go beyond our eligible base.
- Map friction points across the sales journey and reinvent workflows for efficiency and impact.
- Standardise winning practices into repeatable playbooks, templates, and methodologies.

- Lead adoption of generative AI for prospecting, discovery, customer research, and proposal development.
- Introduce data‑driven insights that help sales leaders prioritise opportunities and allocate resources.
- Pilot and scale automation that streamlines handoffs, approvals, and deal governance.
- Build and Lead a High‑Impact Sales Transformation Roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales Director to execute multi‑year plan focused on productivity, speed, consistency, and customer experience.
- Run design sprints, idea labs, and cross‑functional workshops to identify and validate opportunities.
- Gain organisational buy‑in and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in services sales, presales, sales operations, sales excellence, or go‑to‑market transformation within an IT or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of the services sales lifecycle—from qualification to contracting.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional change and implement new processes or tooling.
