Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Workday HCM and / or Workday Financials
- Hands-on background in Workday solution architecture
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations
- Solid understanding of Workday integrations, configuration, and design principles
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
- Lead the architecture and design of Workday HCM/Financials solutions
- Support full implementation lifecycle including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with programme leadership to ensure solution alignment
- Provide guidance on best practices, integrations, data, security and overall Workday tenant design
