You're looking to accelerate your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Material Control Administrator to join our team in Wolverhampton. As Material Control Administrator you will be working alongside the material planning team, ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively, raising stock replenishment orders as well as providing a high level of customer service to our colleagues across the UK when resolving their queries.

This a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own!

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and order customer requests for stock and catalogued items
  • Monitor non- and slow-moving stock for review and support stock return initiatives
  • Support the wider team and take on responsibilities for other roles within the team at times of peak demand
  • Regularly validate lead times for all suppliers
  • Support the team with order book maintenance, following up discrepancies with suppliers
  • Deliver high availability as defined by the products Velocity code
  • Follow up on network requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
