Bank Administration Assistant – HR and Recruitment
Popular Plumbing and Heating Corp (Birmingham, England, United Kingdom) – Join our temporary staffing bank service to support HR and recruitment functions for a major NHS trust.
Position: 30+ hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working arrangements are considered and supported.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and managers.
- Type administrative letters and correspondence.
- Arrange appointments and book rooms.
- Liaise with other NHS providers and health/social care organisations.
- Work closely with Senior Managers.
- Diary management for senior staff.
- Minute taking at meetings.
- File management and organising records.
- Report writing and data manipulation.
- Use specialist NHS software (Health Roster System, TRAC, NHS Jobs, ESR).
- Support HR and recruitment related tasks.
- Recent experience in HR/Recruitment administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a busy office environment with strong communication skills.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Knowledge of NHS software (Health Roster System, TRAC, NHS Jobs, ESR) is an advantage.
