Quantity Surveyor Job – New Build Housing - Nottingham Based – £50,000 - £70,000 Salary plus package About the Company Join a leading regional house builder based in Nottingham, specialising in partnership housing schemes. They work closely with local authorities, housing associations, and registered providers to deliver mixed-tenure and affordable homes. From land acquisition to the handover of completed dwellings, they manage the full development lifecycle.

Your New Role As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and contracts across residential projects ranging from 15 to 200 units. These developments include apartments, houses, bungalows, and maisonettes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Need to Succeed Minimum 3 years’ experience in the housing sector or similar.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. CSCS or other certifications are advantageous but not essential. Ability to travel to sites across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester. What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (DOE). Car or car allowance. Holiday and pension scheme.
