Job Summary
This company are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential for it to go permanent. This will be based onsite at their office in Wolverhampton with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Be the first point of contact for customer enquires
Handle customer complaints
Working towards targets and deadlines
Deal with correspondence
Update customer records   Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for assessing customer requirements
- Previous experience in a call centre or telephone customer service role
