A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service professional to join their team in Wolverhampton. Role Responsibilities
Internal Sales:
Work alongside the existing internal sales team with quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.
Customer Service:
Handle inbound sales calls, web chat enquiries and customer queries, delivering a consistently high level of service.
Sales Administration:
Accurately process orders, manage documentation and ensure systems are kept up to date.
Team Support:
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer outcomes.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with customers through friendly, professional communication.
Rewards
As an Internal Sales & Customer Service professional, you will receive:
A starting salary between £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

To be successful in this Internal Sales & Customer Service role, you should have:
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar office-based role (beneficial but not essential)

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A desire for a long-term, stable position within a reputable business
