* We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a
** Senior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer**, supporting the development and sustainment of
** Flight Control hardware
** for commercial aircraft.

* Lead the
** technical development
** of Flight Control hardware for
** primary and secondary control systems**.
* Provide
** mentorship and guidance
** to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
* Ensure compliance with
** aerospace standards
** and contribute to the
** continuous improvement
** of engineering processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.### We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in
** electrical design engineering
** within aerospace or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of
** electronic architecture**,
** certification standards**, and
** safety-critical systems**.
* Demonstrated leadership in
** technical mentoring
** and
** project oversight**.
